Day 1 November 28 Louisville
Travel via deluxe motorcoach to Louisville, Kentucky and your overnight accommodation at the Galt House. You will have two break stops and lunch on your own along the way. After checking in, we invite you to explore the all new Kalightoscope attraction, a spectacular walk through luminary experience featuring the Twelve Days of Christmas. Tonight you will dine and be entertained at the hotel by the Ladies of Liberty & Soldiers of Swing at the Kentucky Christmas Dinner show (D)
Day 2 November 29 Nashville
After an included breakfast at the hotel, board your deluxe coach and travel south to the Tennessee State Capital. Upon arrival in Nashville, you will be provided with some free time downtown for lunch on your own and shopping. Check into the world famous Gaylord Opryland Resort for a two-night stay. After some free time to get acquainted with this fabulous resort, dinner will be included in Nashville followed by a performance of the show that made country music famous – The Grand Ole Opry. (B,D)
Day 3 November 30 Opryland Resort
Today has been set aside for you to enjoy all the activities and amenities of the Opryland Resort. It begins with an included breakfast and then you will be on your own to explore the Gardens, do some Shopping in the specialty stores and have lunch on your own. You won’t want to miss the Treasures of the Holidays Arts & Crafts Show, the ICE Sculpture Exhibit and take a ride on one of the Delta Riverboats. Your evening will be highlighted by the Resort’s Annual Christmas Dinner Show. This year’s featured entertainment will be country music legends Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers. (B,D)
Day 4 December 1 St. Louis
You can take in one more breakfast at the Resort this morning. Before leaving the Country Music Capital, you have admission to the Johnny Cash Museum which highlights the life and times of the popular country singer. You now travel to another famous city for more holiday celebrations. Upon arrival in St. Louis you check into the Drury Inn & Suites, enjoy dinner in downtown St. Louis and then take in the spectacular Holiday Lights Display presented by Anheuser Busch. Overnight will be in St. Louis. (B,D)
Day 5 December 2 St. Louis & Home
A wonderful breakfast at the hotel starts this final day of your Christmas Holiday. You have two stops in St. Louis before starting the journey home. First is a visit to the historic Campbell House Museum decorated for Christmas. After a walk-through to hear about this building and its inhabitants, you are off to the St. Louis Botanical Gardens. Enjoy the annual Gardenland Express Holiday Flower & Train show as well as lunch on your own. Climb aboard the deluxe motorcoach now and relax as you travel home with time to relive the wonderful Christmas memories of the “American Country Christmas”. Arrival time back to Newton in late afternoon. (B)
Payment/Cancellation & Refund Policy (Tour Participant):
• $100.00 per person deposit due with reservation
• Balance of payment due on or before September 15, 2016
• Cancellations received on or before September 15, 2016 will receive a full refund
• Cancellations received after September 15, 2016 and prior to October 1, 2016 will be assessed a $100.00 per person cancellation fee
• Cancellations received after October 1, 2016 and prior to October 15, 2016 will be assessed 50% of the per person tour price
• Cancellations received after October 15, 2016 will forfeit the entire tour price
Travel Protection Plan is available and strongly recommended. Premium is non-refundable unless the entire tour is cancelled. Any surcharges and/or tax increases received from suppliers for this package (Airlines, Cruise Companies, Hotels, etc.) may result in an increase in the per person price of your tour package. For those individuals who have purchased the Travel Protection Plan, this may also result in an increase in your Travel Protection Plan premium.
*Tri-State Travel reserves the right to change any arrangements listed in this itinerary. Should conditions necessitate changes: substitution of equal value or cancellations of the arrangements may occur.
*Tri-State Travel reserves the right to add any fuel surcharges that we receive from all of our vendors i.e.: airlines, cruise lines, motorcoach companies, etc. Additional costs may be added any time prior to travel.

Therefore, JH Travel and Tri-State Travel shall not become liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the waters, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary, accommodations or schedules. The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person should a person’s health, mental or physical condition or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of the other passengers and a refund of the unused land tour services is the limit of the agent’s liability should such a person be required to terminate the tour. The right is reserved to withdraw the tour at any time and liability is limited to refund of all monies received. No refunds will be granted for unused portions of this tour unless arranged with the operator’s approval in writing in advance.
