There servin’ it up again at The Old Creamery Theatre. This time around, the year is 1969 and the world is a changin’, and while the rest of the world is dealing with Vietnam and Woodstock, the church basement ladies are coming to terms with pantsuits and guitars in church! This hilarious musical comedy is a celebration of church basement kitchens everywhere and the wonderful unsung women who work there. They stave off potential disasters, share and debate recipes, instruct the young and keep the pastor on course. With good, clean laughs and memorable characters, Church Basement Ladies 2 ~“A Second Helping” is still dishing it up and is heavenly fun for all!
Our evening meal will be served family style at The Ronneburg Restaurant following this hilarious comedy matinee production! Our meal will consist of: pork loin & oven baked steak, pickled ham (a favorite of our travelers) along with all the wonderful Amana favorites and dessert!
