DESCRIPTION:Due to the popularity of this trip we have two dates that trave
 lers can sign up for which are October 13 &amp\; 20\, 2017. This is a very
  informational trip for travelers to learn about the Amish and if you enjo
 y "YUMMY" food than this is the tour for you!\n\nWe will be having a morni
 ng break on our way (on your own) to Oelwein where we pick up Deb\, our st
 ep on guide for the day.  Our first stop is a "must" on our tour as we st
 op at the Boulevard Bakery where all the baking is done without electricit
 y.\n\n[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="640"] Wapsie Valley Produc
 e Auction[/caption]\n\nNext is a stop at Wapsie Valley Produce Auction whe
 re Amish farmers sell their products followed by some time at Plainview Bu
 lk Food Store for shopping and a farm tour. View the ice storage shed\, ca
 lf &amp\; horse barns and step into their home to see the Amish way of lif
 e. Lunch is next at the Detweiler's where we will savor the flavors of a h
 ome cooked meal and we won't leave hungry! Lunch will include all the Amis
 h favorites as in chicken\, meatballs or meatloaf\, mashed potatoes &amp\;
  gravy\, homemade noodles\, salads\, vegetable\, homemade bread &amp\; jam
  and dessert!  We are hoping to visit an Amish School (tentative) which w
 ill depend on our schedule as well as the approval of the Amish. Our tour 
 will take us to Helmuth's Country Store which carries a large variety of i
 tems and something for everyone! Get ready . . . our next stop will be a c
 hicken farm which has recently opened up that will display the many convey
 ors moving the eggs and will be told how the Amish area was chosen.\n\nWe 
 then travel to Barn Happy in Cedar Falls for a leisurely evening meal befo
 re we head back to Newton with great memories of our "Back Roads Amish Tou
 r"!  Please note there is a limit of 36 travelers each day due to the siz
 e of the shops that we will be visiting. Don't wait too long to make your 
 reservation as these trips will fill up quickly! **We have several reserva
