Friday, December 5, 2025 – Depart Iowa & travel to St. Charles, Missouri with free time in this historic town. Overnight accommodation at Drury Inn with a kick back reception.
Saturday, December 6, 2025 – Local docent joins us for a tour of historic “Old St. Charles” including Lewis & Clark Memorial/Museum. Travel onto Louisville for our overnight stay at Drury Inn. This evening, we enjoy a special Holiday Celebration at the Derby Dinner Theater. (B,D)
Sunday, December 7, 2025 – Travel onto Nashville, Tennessee! Check into the Opryland Hotel for a two-night stay. Time to explore the shops, holiday light displays and more! This evening, we have reserved seats for Opryland Hotel’s “Holiday Christmas Dinner Show”. (B,D)
Monday, December 8, 2025 – Free time to explore Opryland Hotel along with the “ICE Show & Sculpture Spectacular” which is an extensive collection of ice sculptures created by artisans from around the world. Also, enjoy a ride on the “Delta River Flat Boat” excursion inside Opryland Hotel. For those interested we will offer a bus transfer from Opryland Hotel to downtown Nashville. This evening we have Dinner & a Back Stage Tour of the Grand Old Opry. Next, enjoy the “Opry Country Christmas”. (B,D)
Tuesday, December 9, 2025 – This morning we check out of the Opryland Hotel and before we depart Nashville we board the General Jackson Showboat for a festive luncheon cruise & entertainment. We then travel onto Grand Rivers, Kentucky for our last night. Since 1977 Miss Patti’s Settlement has been an icon for food and we were lucky enough to get reservations for dinner! Overnight accommodations at Patti’s Settlement. (B, L, D)
Wednesday, December 10, 2025 – Our final day will be a travel day back to Newton with wonderful memories of a “Nashville Country Christmas”! (B)
